Just a quick post to point out an unsual donation, though I don’t doubt it won’t be the last of its kind: a charity shop asking me to take its book stock. I know from speaking to people who’ve donated books to this social enterprise that fewer and fewer charity shops are taking books, but it now looks like chaity shops are looking to divest themselves of their stock.
